Premier Mortgage Lending is making loans on residential properties in Nevada. We do primarily owner-occupied purchases. We are making loans to borrowers, and on properties, which traditional lenders won't do....but they are great loans to fantastic borrowers! We believe that traditional lending standards are so tight, that there are literally millions of Americans who are now "locked out" of homeownership! Borrowers who may have had a foreclosure or short sale due to serious equity deterioration. Or properties that don't qualify for FNMA or FHA financing, but we can make these loans at 50%-60% LTV.  We require a minimum 10% cash investment in each purchase, and full-qualifying "back to the 80's" style underwriting. With over 30 years of experience in residential underwriting , we know a good loan when we see it!!
