* Month-to-Month members agree to a minimum twelve month membership term
AAPL Industry Leader Membership Application Requirements
Members must submit their application along with a $500 application fee (to cover cost of background check)
- Company must have been in business for at least two years (those in business less than two years may be subject to additional due diligence, including background checks on key principals)
- Submission & Review of Management Experience & Company Performance
- Corporate Background Check
- AAPL Admission Interview
- Three letters of recommendation
- Acceptable providers of letters of recommendation include accountants, consultants, attorneys, lenders, investors
- If managing a fund, at least one letter of recommendation from an investor / lender
- Applicants will be approved by the AAPL Ethics Committee.
AAPL reserves the right to approve all applications and may, with or without cause, for any reason or no reason, deny and refuse your membership into AAPL.
Upon application for membership to AAPL, you acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy or have had an opportunity to request a copy of the Code of Ethics & Standards for AAPL members and you agree to abide by each and every paragraph therein. You also acknowledge that the Code of Ethics & Standards will be updated periodically without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review the Code of Ethics & Standards on AAPL's website which will always have the latest Code of Ethics & Standards posted therein.
Should you be found in violation of any provision set forth in the Code of Ethics & Standards, AAPL in its sole and absolute discretion may terminate your membership and otherwise ban you and your companies from attending any AAPL sponsored events, including without limitation seminars, webinars, and other events.
