Wallace Groves is a managing member of Forix Advisors, LLC, a national consulting and due diligence firm. Prior to Forix Advisors, Mr. Groves served as Managing Director of Underwriting for RBA Capital, a specialty finance company. At RBA Capital, Mr. Groves managed the credit decisions for over $1 billion in potential lending and participation arrangements. Mr. Groves was involved in various areas of finance including hard money lending, mortgage funds, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate development, middle-market syndications, timeshare financing, resort and hotel development, subprime automotive receivables financing, floorplan financing, asset-based lending, leveraged buy-out opportunities, and receivables financing. Prior to RBA Capital, Mr. Groves was an investment analyst in the structured finance group at CapitalSource Finance, LLC, where he was responsible for due diligence, underwriting, and structuring rediscount lines of credit, with a primary focus on the real estate industry. Mr. Groves holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Washington, DC.
