Mr. Timothy Bricker has extensive expertise in the hard money and debt-buying asset classes based on his prior positions with two publicly traded finance companies and Web Capital, L.P. In his prior roles, Mr. Bricker was responsible for underwriting of facilities for both asset classes, as well as working on developing the key aspects of the facilities with the Business Development Officers. Prior to his positions with these three companies, Mr. Bricker managed the Servicing and Collection areas of another publicly traded company that deal with Sub-Prime Mortgages and Business loans.

Mr. Bricker’s experience is also complimented by his prior management of special servicing operations, finance department and risk management for GMAC’s servicing arm, HomeComings Financial Network. At GMAC, Mr. Bricker’s mortgage experience focused on both prime and sub-prime products, as well as 2nd lien position products and extended into securitizations, reporting and decision support systems. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Regis University and has a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from Elizabethtown College.
