Jack Rollins is a Certified Public Accountant and a managing member of Forix Advisors, LLC, a national consulting and due diligence firm. Prior to Forix Advisors, Mr. Rollins was President of Rollins Consulting Group, LLC, a firm that specialized in the financial due diligence and accounting consulting for hard money and other lender entities and the outsourcing of Chief Financial Officer functions for real estate development industry clients. Mr. Rollins has over 20 years experience in all phases of real estate development and finance having served as CFO for two real estate development companies that provided in-house financing on real estate purchases through mortgage backed loans. In this capacity as CFO, Mr. Rollins had the ultimate responsibilities for overseeing all originations, analyses, servicing and financial reporting for the portfolio of mortgage backed loans. Prior to this, Mr. Rollins served as audit manager for a national public accounting firm and specialized in the financial statement audits of real estate development companies. Mr. Rollins holds dual B.S.B.A degrees in marketing and accounting.
