Set yourself apart and be recognized by the industry and your peers with AAPL’s Certification Program. The CPLA Certification Program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the principles and the federal laws and regulations surrounding private real estate lending. CPLA Certification is the first step toward achieving a professional designation with AAPL, and is a pre-requisite for achieving CCPL (Certified Commercial Private Lender), CRPL (Certified Residential Private Lender), and CPLFM (Certified Private Lender Fund Manager) professional designations.
Registration Fees: $149 for AAPL Members, $249 for Non-members

AAPL Members Welcome Reception

Join fellow private lenders and industry professionals the evening before the conference. The Welcome Reception is a casual, intimate event hosted by AAPL Members and the Conference Sponsors. Network with industry leaders, AAPL Members, and Executive Directors. 
Free for AAPL Members, $50 per ticket for Non-members
 
Private Lender Luncheon
Monday, November 7th, 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm
Sit down and enjoy a buffet lunch with your fellow private lenders from across the country. This is a prime opportunity to discuss your business concerns and questions with lenders from diverse asset classes, markets, and lending platforms.
$75 per ticket (pricing based on AAPL’s cost)
