A confirmation will be sent via email following receipt of your registration form and payment. The confirmation form will have additional details regarding the event.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on October 7th, 2010 in order to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $200 cancellation fee per attendee. AAPL Membership and Conference Membership Packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be given on any cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. EST on October 7th, 2010. Participant substitutions may be made at no additional charge, subject to AAPL’s discretion. Substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing and sent via e-mail to events@aaplonline.com.
